This is a 12% SDS-PAGE gel of the human albumin (alb) and cytochrome c (cyt c) EQ tests. Both alb and cyt c passed through the membrane, while the cyt c impurity (middle band) and alb impurities (high bands) did not.
The next step? I’d like to try an albumin/IgG separation with membranes of similar pore sizes.
