RTP + Silanization (3D format)
As seen before, in 2D format ‘RTP+silanization’ helps. Similarly in 3D format, with membrane side down, the same treatment helps prevent discoloration till 5 days. (samples from W413)
Above figure shows how combined effect of RTP and silanization is better than just RTP/Silanization or none. (the weird discoloration pattern could be a result of few cracks in the sample that appeared when I was clamping them during Sepcon assembly)
And this could further delay in incubator conditions (5% CO2) and in EGM (less harsh compared to DMEM). So we can look for stable membranes till somewhere around a week.
Next is to check HUVEC adhesion on silanized+RTP samples on membrane side in Sepcon (with membrane side down).
