Jess showed me how to use the diffusion chamber to separate proteins on the membranes. I ran a gel to see if any proteins appeared in the filtrate. The gel is posted below:

It appears that protein diffused through the membrane in filtrate 1 but not filtrate 2.
The membranes used for the diffusion cell were from wafer 565 membranes: -1,3; -1,-2
