2D COMSOL model of printed sepcon chip fixture

I created a COMSOL model (zip) model with geometry based on the CAD drawing of the sepcon fixture Jared provided. I’ve included Velocity results (then Concentration, Pressure, Vorticity, and Shear rate). Also included is the Parameter table which has the Diffusion Coefficient for Urea taking into account the drawn thickness of the membrane (100 µm) vs its actual thickness (100 nm).

The model was run with water as the material and as shear stress is the shear rate times the dynamic viscosity, the maximum shear stress (in the dialysate channel) is 4.74 mPa. The maximum in the analyte channel is around 2.5 mPa. If I use blood for the analyte material, the maximum shear stress in that channel is 9.8  mPa. According to [Yen et al. 2014] hemolysis won’t occur until 517 Pa.
