TraCe Progress: September 2025

  • Administrative:
    • Molly Van Wyk is no longer TraCe-bMPS admin. Assumed Bonnie’s job as Sr. Admin in BME. Will continue to help until position is replaced.
    • Quality Systems meetings are moving to Wednesdays only: 9:30 -10:00 AM
    • Progress meetings will be on Tuesdays 9:00 – 10:00 AM starting in Spring. One more 4 PM meeting planned this year: October 24.
    • External Advisory Board Visit on October 17 – Local labs should be prepared for visits by B&L scientist

  • Pharma update
    • Pfizer meeting (CRS – ICANS). Good idea. Validation showing ability to capture donor diversity desired before this would be used by Pfizer.
    • Apoglyx project launch (Dan will post and review in November).
  • TraCe Services soft launch … moving to shop credit model and tiered membership access to materials, protocols, etc.
  • Quality Systems
    • VABF: RIT external reproducibility study is done. Duke in progress. Will write up a post when done.
    • NUTEM: neutorophil transmigration launched.
  • LOIs
    • JDM is back to C-Path for final review before FDA submission (will post with submission)
    • CRS-ICANS still being revised based on 1st C-Path review
