Fibroblast spreading on the membrane
Time lapse movie of fibroblast spreading on the nanomembrane was captured over a period of ~ 8 hours.
I was having some problem uploading the video here, thus have done so in the NRG knowledge page under the cell culture manuscript.
You definitely have the right idea here. Its close, but there are a few issues.
1) The cells do not look healthy in the last few frames. Did the media dry out or something. 2) The imaging isn’t high enough quality. We need to move the old camera back and use fluorescence or work on the Zeiss at 37C. Or perhaps the light level was just too low.
I agree Jim.
The media was drying out and had to be replenished. Also we have been having issues while looking at the cells closely using the canon camera. Next time would do that using the old camera.
