Pore processing influence on permeability results
I mostly finished re-processing the images with new method of using pore processor. The images of molar flow/porosity dependence with older and newer processed data are below.

They don’t look much different. Also you can not compare them point by point because the porosity is different for both images after re-processing. I also added few new data points on the newer image.
While doing it I found few images which are not possible to process with the new method. Me and Jess will talk about it.

This tells me we should move forward with using the method Jess outlined on Tuesday. This will allow us to be systematic for this paper. We should continue with some of the studies suggested by Philippe to inform our future work.
