Sepcon-transwell Discoloration IV (2D vs 3D)

Again a repeat, with comparison to the 2D format. To me, it looks like its again a repeat of what we saw in the previous trials. The sample with both intact slits has slightly higher discoloration than the others and also the pattern seems to originate from the slits (this is what we are looking for). On the other hand, the discoloration in 2D format looks similar in all the samples and much quicker than the 3D (Sepcon) format.

(I incubated the samples in oven for 2 hours and then on bechtop overnight to slow down the process as I didn’t find time to get back and check.) The discoloration doesn’t seem to be that sharp in these samples as compared to the earlier ones (I guess because these were on benchtop for most of the time, and that could have an effect making the reaction less harsh).
