ADSC Migration to HUVEC network (4 hr timelapse)
This is more work that Randi did looking at ADSCs migrating towards HUVEC networks.
Motivation: To demonstrate the migration of ADSC toward pre-formed HUVEC networks when ADSC are seeded 4 hours after HUVEC.
Method:
Monday – Coat 4 wells of a 96 well plate with 100% Geltrex, place in incubator. Seed 20,000 HUVEC cells in all 4 wells. Take pictures at t=0 and every hour until t=4 hrs. Between hours 3 and 4, seed 2,000 stained ADSC cells in 2 wells. Take pictures of all 4 wells at t=4 hrs and of 2 HA wells every 15 minutes until t=8 hrs. At t=8 hrs take pictures of H wells.
Tuesday – Take 24 pictures of all wells
